All vendors are required to submit $75 fee to participate.

Your presence and dedication played a pivotal role in making the festival a resounding success. The vibrant energy and creativity brought by all vendors enriches the experience for all attendees. The diverse range of products and services offered add a unique flair to the festival, contributing to its overall charm that we cannot accomplish without you!

Beyond the immediate impact on the event, your involvement goes beyond the confines of our festival grounds. By participating, you have become an integral part of our community, fostering connections and enhancing the cultural fabric that binds us together. Your commitment not only supports businesses but also contributes to the broader cultural tapestry of our community as funds from our event are returned back into Avon Park.

Be advised, by signing up, you’re allowing your information to be shared with other Rotary clubs to support partnership and community events


  1. Only original, handmade arts & crafts items are acceptable. No resale novelty items are permitted. Only items approved on the application will be permitted on the day of the event.
  1. Food vendors must not compete with the Rotary Club’s offerings which include chicken BBQ dinners.
  1. Vendors are required to remain in operation until the close of the event. Set up is at 7:30 a.m
  1. Vendor fee ($75) will be due in full at time of application. If you are not selected to participate you will be refunded.
  1. The Rotary Club of Avon Park reserves the right to reject the application or participation of vendors who do not abide by the established rules or Rotary’s principles.
  2. Product Vendor BOOTH space is 12’x12’. All applications will be on a first come, first serve basis (based on approval). Please include a picture of your work if you will be selling handmade arts and/or crafts.
  3. A RESERVATION IS A COMMITMENT TO SHOW. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATION, INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR NO-SHOW.
